The idea of Bloomies Bakery came long before culinary school; it started at age five, with an Easy-Bake Oven, a big imagination, and a love for sweet things.
Founder and baker Dana, aka Bloomie, trained at Drexel University. She then went on to hone her craft in professional kitchens ranging from Four Seasons Hotels, corporate and manufacturing bakeries, as well as family-owned restaurants.
Along the way, she developed a deep appreciation for both refined technique and the comfort of handmade baking, where classic flavors bloom in elevated ways.

Without a traditional storefront, Bloomies shows up where it matters most - celebrations, gatherings, and everyday moments that deserve something special. Bloomies bakes it all, with custom cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads being a few of the standouts.
Every bake is rooted in skill, creativity, and a lifelong love of baking; proof that sometimes, childhood dreams really do rise.
Dana finds immense joy in making others happy through her baking, viewing food as a powerful way to bring people together. Bloomies Bakery looks forward to creating something special for each occasion - something that not only tastes delicious, but helps create moments, memories, and connections shared around the table.
